“Fantastic, best one yet!”

These are the two most common comments we received about our 2015 Tea on the Lawn.

Despite the rain we had record number of attendees. Actually this year broke all records. Thank you to all who helped and all who attended.

The room was dressed out in an elegant burlap, lace and pearls design, with tables topped with beautiful white and purple flowers generously donated by Rustic Romance in Old Town Spring.

Lunch by Wicked Whisk was once again lovely. Champagne was generously donated by Spec’s.

Our guest speaker, Heather Abbott captured the room of almost 400 people with her story of survival, hope and paying it forward. After losing her leg due to the bombing at the Boston Marathon, this young lady brings grace and dignity to everything she does.

Kathy Sanders honored Patti Rivela as the creator of Tea on Lawn. To commemorate the day Kathy presented Patti with the delicate and lovely Lladro Fragrances and Color figurine. Simply beautiful!

This lovely day would not be possible without the continued support of Richie’s Specialty Pharmacy, our Event Underwriter. Richie’s is a PCAB Accredited Compounding Pharmacy located in Conroe. Thank you to Richie’s for all that you do for New Danville.

The Metzger Construction Company is a new Underwriter for Tea on the Lawn. Metzger has earned an outstanding reputation in quality and customer service and New Danville was honored to be associated with such a reputable Company.

Also we were delighted with our new Underwriters to Tea on the Lawn…..thank you to CenterPoint Energy, Memorial Hermann, Ellis & Ellis Financials Advisors, and Heritage Texas Properties.

Also a special thank you to our dessert sponsor, Milstead Automotive and our wonderful photographer, Dave Clements.

We thank John Robichau’s Jewelry for the magnificent amethyst pendant donated for our annual raffle and Mindy Harom for the photography package, also donated for the raffle. And to Kendra Scott Jewelry for our speaker and committee gifts.

Special thanks goes out to Dana Tyson who graciously hosted again this year. And boy did we put Dana to good use…she charmed the audience and kept things moving along. Thank you Dana.

Mark your calendar for April 22, 2016 for next year’s Tea on the Lawn. Reserve your table early as we sell out quickly!
