Our Founder:
Kathy Sanders, founder and president, has over 30 years experience in planning and providing direct services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her experience includes services related to healthcare (general medical, orthopedic, psychiatric, medication management, dental and vision), special education, residential services including housing and support staff, case management, transportation, therapy and counseling, day habilitation, and social and recreational activities.
In addition to providing services to intellectually and developmentally challenged individuals, Ms. Sanders has a vast array of business, management and board experience with federal, state and local governments, private businesses and not-for-profit organizations. Ms. Sanders is responsible for providing leadership, vision, fiscal management, and administering all aspects of programs and services.
