Our Vision 2025
Our vision for the future is focused on expanding opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We call it Vision 2025; 2025 is New Danville’s 20th anniversary and we look forward to celebrating the year, and those that follow, with key additions to programs and services. Our fund-raising initiative to achieve the vision is called Growing…for Living.
We intend to add, in this priority order:
- 15 new homes to house an additional 35 residents
- A new classroom to add much-needed space as our enrollment continues to grow
- New assisted living facilities with space for six men and six women to start
- A community/rec center to provide social, dining, and fitness areas to benefit day program clients and residents
- A country-style, non-denominational church with a social hall that can be rented out for weddings and events
